Anyone know where I can get a good used engine? I think it'll be better than rebuilding it

In all seriousness though, I would first call around to some of the Pick N' Pulls and junk yards around your area. Otherwise, I think there are some websites to follow for a lead on a used engine. @nDub Cant remember, but do you know which site is the better one to look at? Thought I saw you mention parts and used engines at some point a few months ago.

The transfer case is on the wrong side but you can get a correct side one from Malaysia, I think.

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/Toyota-Tur...4X4-JDM-Full-Swap-Free-Shipping-/223210659895

Edit...didn't recognize your username at first. What happened to your engine?

Personally, I'd look around for a re-manufactured engine that comes with some kind of warranty and do the swap myself...if the remaned engine's warranty works with a DIY swap anyway.
It'll cost more than a junkyard motor but it should have more piece of mind.

Edit#2 - also call Toy Connection in Santa Clara.

Building the full length 6' drawer that will go in the camp trailer under the sleeping platform. Still haven't decided on how I want to do the slides. Bearings along the sides with a rail? wheels underneath? Heavy duty drawer slides?Drawer will pull out the full length and have a fold down leg underneath the front end to support it when its extended

My drawer is 3/4" plywood and slides on aluminum with UHMW plastic tape in between. It works but when it's loaded up it's a bit hard to open in close. If the truck is facing uphill or downhill it's a bastard.
I gotta try spraying silicon lube on it sometime.

Everything was fine. No check engine light. It was tuned recently. And this just randomly happened last night. I noticed it was idling a little high at start up and took longer to warm up but I didn't know this would happen

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
    Seriously impressed!!!

Get home from work to find this. My kid cleaned up the garage today.

For those of you who witnessed the utter chaos that my garage was in during the swap... You'll know this was no easy task.
