Neither are wife-approved.

Woof, just went for a run on the treadmill downstairs.

I am in no shape anymore. Ran at a 9min mile pace and didn't make it far.

 

Very cool. I really enjoyed Lucerne. If you guys go back, you can go cow-back-riding, too! It's just inside the Swiss border from Germany...They let you ride them into the Rhein. Patton never rode a cow into the Rhein.




Did you take the Scooter tour in Florence?? it's incredible. Few hours on a 1980s Vespa putting around the countryside, then a pasta and wine lunch, then a trip back.

 

And what's with the "good morning" posts....dudes...it's like nearly 1230. (sigh)

 

Sounds like an awful time for my lower back.

Loved Florence, we didn’t do scooters, we rented a car because we knew we wanted to make a couple day trips. Did Siena and the Tuscan countryside in a diesel opel.
Got a $200 speed cam ticket mailed to me 6 months later from the autostrada for like 3mph over.
It was like high 90s the entire time we were there and Hotel David’s air conditioning was a little dated.
Best bistecca alla fiorentina I have ever had at a little hole in the wall place.
