Ah shit, read that wrong. Wheels were procomp rockwells.

 

Not the same wheels, I mix them up myself on tires vs wheels too

 

Ok I have got to ask the question- what lift and what rim width/offset are you running- any rubbing... I am coming up on needing tires fast and I would like to go with a larger tire-

 

Fox 2.5 RR up front with SPC UCA’s. I haven’t measured the lift exactly but it’s probably 2.5” ish. The wheels are a 16x8” with a -10 offset. No rubbing on road, I’ve yet to get off the road since yesterday tho. So I’ll have to report back.

Yeah let me know how that goes- I was thinking of 255/85/16's to play it safe not enough selection in the 275/70/16 - Ideally I would like the wider tire if I can. I am using this sight to help me see what I can get away with on the factory rim-

Looks like 1" wheel spacer would get the OEM rim in the same position as far as inner clearances as yours.

 

I’ll let you know hopefully after this weekend how they are. I don’t think they are going to rub, it looks like they clear everything by just enough.

 

@m3bassman I’m trying to get out onto some snowy areas this weekend, any places you can recommend? You seem to travel around here a lot more than most of us haha

 

Awesome. Id love to join if you guys ever do less challenging tracks. Judging by your photo Id have a rough go of it trying to follow your rig up a difficult trail.
Im all stock for the time being. Plan to do lift and get some tires that are more capable off road than these slippery stock tires that come on the sport.

 

I thought I saw on the news some guy was lost down by silver city? They found his family but they called off the search?

I went there years ago in the summer and saw a big dodge dually off the road in the ditch. I stopped to make sure no one was in there but apparently it was either stolen or the guy got drunk and ran off the road and left it. I never did find out anything about it...

 

I didnt hear about the other guy. but yes sad for all involved.
