I bet it comes in at $1200 to $1500 but I am not sure about the Phoenix area. You might want to get a second opinion.

Termites are a pain in the butt but you need to get rid of them.

I would look at a yearly contract as well.

I had my boute with termites back in the early 80's right after I moved into my home. Sucked then just as it sucks now.

Chris, I am surprised you have not done this yet.....

Step 1. Burn all belongings (be sure to remove uninsured stuff though)

Step 2. Make it look like an accident

Step 3. File claim

Step 4. Collect monetary reimbursement

Step 5. buy better stuff than the stuff you had before.

 

for a treatment, that price should be about right.... but if he needs any repairs depends on the damage

X2 on the contract - that way they pay for repairs (at least up to a certain point)
