BTW, today I discovered a cheap diagnostic trick. If you happen to have one of these for cell to radio connection for broadcasting your cell music, it can tell you if your transfer case is engaging. If you turn the radio up and listen (without music playing), it pics up the electrical surge when you shift from 2H to 4H.

Damn the side mirrors are stupid easy to replace, thought I was going to have to take the door panel off to get to the wiring but just had to pop off that little black corner piece.
Restoration step 1 / 4 complete...next up well be touching up/repainting the giant scuffs on the door and hood, then put on the new fender (and paint it) and finally the corner light.

That's the front o2 sensor yeah? I had a p0136 awhile back for the rear and a new Denso sensor made it go away, easy fix.

Yup, front. Might swing over to Autozone tomorrow morning and pick up both and just replace them now if they have the Denso's in stock.

Installed a resonator today before the muffler. WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE. It sounds SO good. Before it was way too loud and raspy and had horrible drone at 2000 RPM's (magnaflow cat & muffler with LCE headers). The resonator really eliminated all of the drone and raspiness.

Normally I'd hit Rock Auto or Amazon but I have a wheeling trip starting tomorrow so will bite the bullet and go to Autozone to get them done beforehand.

I haven't used the Adam's stuff on anything that sits out in the sun all the time, so my experience is different that those who can't garage a vehicle. I used it on my Cobra but that is a garage queen. From past experience though with all my other Adam's stuff it has all been high quality products that last.

I love the look of those, but keep thinking it would take some crackhead with a $2 box cutter to cost me $1000 in repairs.

OE inners are so GD expensive... It is not worth the nearly $300.

I would go Moog inners if I were to do it again and OE outers

One of the benefits of staying on top of your blinker fluid is that it also acts as a natural repellent to box cutting crackheads.

That's why you wait until you need a new steering rack, you pay $600 for an OEM one and get new inners included :gossip:
