well i think the layout and interior storage is the best in Tacoma no question. Ford i went and drove and storage and the fancy small buttons i did not like but the interior comfort was real good and the power train was real good. I didnt like the way it seemed to bouncy over cracks in road and steering was like numb.

Are you fishing the Trinity of Lake Livingston? That is probably hot right now.

I bought mine before the ranger came out, always wondered if I should have waited to test one out, the back seat alone does it for me.. no flat storage area, again, what were they thinking?? (Would be nice to have an armrest or USB ports back there tho :pout:)

I test drove the Colorado and Canyon before I decided to stay Toyota, but it was a hard decision. They rode and drove similarly, and there was a hair more room in the GM twins. What won out was end-to-end build quality, and the Americans just couldn't hold a candle to the Tacoma for quality. I know a guy who got a new 2015 Colorado as a work truck for USIC (they do the digging permits) and it has not held up well at all. They are fixing to trade their 2015s in for 2019s in the summer.

I was wondering how long it would take for this to be brought up!

I do know where that is. I used to fish Lake Livingston when the white bass moved back down on the 1097 bridge. I trolled using Hellbenders and sometimes bring home 50 bass, throwing back 100. I was very tired of cleaning fish.

Edmund's did one. On the death valley racetrack road, the tacoma TRD off road's rear shocks both melted Haha. Not saying the ridgeline is better, but its shocks made it intact.

It's not gonna make you happy.

Edit: this video was why when I was on a 20 mile washboard dirt road I got out 3 times to check if my shocks were heating up. They weren't. That road must be insane.
