Debating it, I really wish my skids were done so I could hit two birds with one stone. I have a bunch other errands to run this weekend and it’s my last free weekend before my work bends me over and demands I start working 6 days a week. So I’m still debating it lol

Really, gotta go get a suit for this interview with the San Joaquin County Sheriff department, which is totally consuming my life right now.

 

I might be not sure yet. I wouldn’t mind getting a plate for my bussman.

 

yeah, suit is a must haha. i've got an interview with the prison in atwater on feb 26th and then i have my written exam for merced pd on march 1st. good luck man!

 

I'd like one for my Blue Sea box...

 

I have a crappy plate for mine right now but want a real deal plate and swap the blue sea to the bussman.

 

I have been sitting on the materials to make my own for a while now, but just haven't gotten to that project yet. I figure a legit mount would be better than my thin alternative (and take A LOT less time to put on).
Why are you going to the Bussman instead of the Blue Sea?

 

I like that it is enclosed and I believe it has the relays in it. @foxrcing07 was nice enough to build me one when he built his own.

 

Yeah that’s what I hear, I was really hoping a tie and some slacks would cut it but everyone tells me “no, get a suit, a nice suit”

it will do fine, thats what i rocked for my process with Kern County Sheriff lol. kohls special with a walmart dress shirt

 

Blue sea is a fuse panel the bussmann is a relay box with fuses
5 fused relays
5 constant fused
I might build more

 

I love my bussman (built the 10relay 40 fuse one) but I need to rip it out and repin it. I only pinned enough for what i needed and added as I went. it got ugly and messy real fast.

 

Anybody going to the BAMF thing on Saturday? My girl is working so I cant take the truck, i need a ride if you're going hahah

 

Good luck mounting that plate, I have the same one and really sucks with th tab pointing down to get bolts in and wrenched. You might need to take the Bussman out until plate is in place. The tab should bend up, maybe not as pretty but you could mount it then.
