I do the @ and the box comes up, but no matter where I click it, it doesn't complete the tag.

No obligation to follow the recipe. Might do the butter at least since it gives a nice glaze and helps fill the pan with a sauce that is good for drizzling/brushing over during the last 15 minutes. If you do honey and brown sugar, they will obviously be sweeter, so make the call according to your preferences from there!

I did the butter sugar and honey but added some red pepper flakes at the end for the guys at deer camp and they loved them

Already pulled, panned, butter honey brown sugar. Didn't go overboard on any of it, I hope. Also turned down the GMG to 240f, just coz. Curious to see what the temps do.

When I saw the picture my first thought was every class in elementary school had those to cut "construction paper" when I was in school. We also pushed mercury around with our fingers in science class. That was in the 60's though, no one got hurt back then :anonymous:

Pretty much how I do them too.

After you do the @ symbol type a couple of letters, and wait. It can sometimes take awhile for it to populate.

When I pulled and panned, I saved a small crispy piece for my wife. She took a bite, spit it out and said IT'S HOT!! No shit, it just came off the grill. She let it cool and gave me a
