Honestly wasnt even thinking about going all the way out there. Just kinda want to go play in the snow. Was thinking about exploring some of the other FS roads well before that. Like up to the radar dome etc.

Haha thanks. I saw like 4 tacos with campers and figured one was you. I called it quits after 6 tree runs and not being able to feel my legs. Sadly heading to phx tomorrow, but will definitely be on the mountain Sunday if you’re still up here.

I can ask the guy that did mine if he can do a few more in different colors. He’s a work associate, and did them by hand I think by layering the vinyl.

I'm assuming this was a reply to me, if so just let me know. I am totally down to run up to CC Sat morning and drive around out there. The observatory is not too deep in there compared to running all the way to sheeps.

    Saw on twitter earlier today

I actually sold the camper on Sunday! There were about 100 tacomas in the parking lot though hah. Im going back to Sedona tomorrow and then fly to the upper peninsula for work on Sunday. I’ll definitely be back though, the lady is getting super amped on snowboarding and wants to get back before the season ends. We should link up.

What is this, the questions thread?? ;)

Yeah 10% is too high. Nothing is appreciating that fast, MF is getting greedy.

You can always make a counter offer, give them good reasons to keep you as a tenant as I assume you take good care of the place.
You may have to go to the nuclear option which is threatening to walk- that will hit a landlord the hardest as an empty place isn't making them any rent.

@OnePuttBlunder how does Sunday work for you? It would work better for me driving to the north side of town.

Don't know how much would be left by Sunday. Otherwise I could do that since it's closeish to home.

Well probably not up to foodie level but Tommy Bahama restaurant. Ohana suite is a definite want mostly for the rental income it can offer. Hell that might even become my job just manage the Airbnb rental of the ohana and our condo back home.
