I have the exact same issue and I DO have neoprene washer seals. It's gotta be the seal leaking. I had like 1/4 inch of standing water in my case last time. I think it's caused by overpacking like @EatSleepTacos said because mine bulges up in front thanks to my enormous jumper cables.

Yeah I had snatch straps in mine that made the lid stick up a bit. Gonna do a test to confirm the seals are still good.

You could empty it out, dry it, shut it and blast it with a hose to see if it's good. Would be an easy test.

I took mine off because of the same thing. All of my tools were wet and rusting.

I don't keep anything of value up there, but it would give me an excuse to buy another pelican... :anonymous: :spending:

In for pics of matt in a man-kini spraying his truck with a hose for this test.

I need to buy a case for my ar10, I was looking at a pelican 1750 since they make it in a 50” instead of of the common 52” (every inch counts)

Edit* only need a new case because the brake/flash hider combo I’m going to be swapping onto it will put the rifle at juuuuust over 48” and won’t fit in any of my current hard cases

Now I’m looking at planos again cuz that pelicans gunna run me $250 by the time I’m done with it lol

But I guess a nice rifle deserves a nice case :spending:

You get them 35s on yet?

Too cold for me to hoe at the moment. I don’t get naked in anything under 75 degrees and sunny.

My AR10 hasn’t seen the outside world in so long :(

My current tires are still getting worn down for now. But the time is coming. And gas mileage shall suffer.

Just got a 1720 for my workhorse guns and love it. With a little creativity, you can fit so much stuff in it.

    Thinking about a 1700 or 1720 for my "totally-not-an-SBR" 10.5inch "pistol".

    Edit: 1720 goodness.

On another note, Plano customer service is tits.

Back when meth head tried to get in my case on my truck and gauged out the latch lock, I emailed them and they sent out two replacement latches for free.

Now if only my Larue/Aimpoint magnifier and DBAL would get here! :annoyed:

And once I buy a house, I'm gonna toss a Surefire SOCOM-RC2 can on it.

So going back to the wrap ideas.. what do you guys think of Voodoo blue on the new Pro's? Found an Avery color thats pretty close and I think this might be in the top 5 considerations.

I'm not a chevy fan, but I'd take one of those any day of the week.

I like the voodoo blue color, but in the right light it is VERY blue

Right? It’s an awesome color, just need to see it up close in person at the stearlership and then go from there.

Saw a voodoo blue 4Runner in Reno late at night one time and oh my fuck
