So I took mine time making perfect slivers of sausage. My gf was staring at me with a look that I can only describe as pure jealousy;)

There is a sweet spot that begs to used. This by far is as close to a samurai sword as I have.

You now own a piece of cutlery history right there! Nathan makes his knives in batches and they always sell out in seconds. SECONDS! The only other steel that is even remotely close to being comparable to D3V, is Busse's INFI steel.

@Built2Ride I'm really glad you are happy with the knife. I'd care to say that most folks that buy them are!

Where are you located? My wife and I go to Bladeshow every year at the Cobb Galleria. 1st week of June every year.

I carry an Emerson CQC-7. My wife wouldn’t have it any other way. I have about 20 or so Emerson’s and about 3 custom versions.

Top shelf for sure. Of course, you know the bigger you go on the CPK scale, the more expensive it's gonna be! You don't even want to know what I paid for my Behemoth Chopper! Most people are like, "You paid HOW much for that knife"? ha ha!

I live almost in the middle of town, getting to the Galleria take me about 15-20mins. Lots of great food around me, would love to take you guys out to dinner one night. Definitely going to go to the Blade Show.
