Sometimes I wish I'd gotten a double cab instead of the access cab and waited on WHITE.

My dealer didn't tell me I could wait on a white one...he just found the basic truck I wanted and only in red. (he had a silver one  :puke: on the lot and there was NO way for that color) It was like he thought I had to have it today... I'd have waited if I'd known I could have.

It was supposed to be the radiant red, but when it arrived, it was the impulse red and I actually like it better. Next vehcile WILL be white.

I also like the idea of the sun roof.

I searched around until I found just the truck I wanted. The only thing I would have done differently is have the dealer remove the 245/75 r16 tires and put on 265/75 r16 ones. I can't justify throwing away good tires so I have to try and wear these out as quickly as I can. I have 21,000 miles and the damn things still look brand new!

Yes, this is a scientifically proven fact. There's no question that IRP is the best.

I don't know man. The first time you slide halfway into an intersection, you'll find it a lot less painful to replace those "perfectly good tires". Those Dunslops are horrible and that's why they're taking up space in my garage instead of on the truck. Hell I can't even find anyone to give them away to, they're so bad.

It WAS the most superior of all Tacoma colors..... Until Magnetic Grey came along. :D I could have had a silver one right away. I like the color, and they hide the dirt nicely, but they're everywhere. I insisted on waiting a month for the Magnetic Grey to come in (3 weeks left).:bananadance:

My only remorse is that I wish I could have gone for the 4x4 v6. I don't need it, and can't really afford it right now... well I could, but don't want to push my budget... But I would still love to have it.

Other than that, I really hate the LED tail lights on my '09, and the center console in the back seats, but I get side airbags and a KILLER color. So I'm happy. :)

I like the LED's... Once I got my topper mounted and did a partial debadge of my tailgate, they don't look so bad.

I should have gotten the tow package, but it isn't a big deal since I've never had to tow anything due to having a Z71 and a Duramax to use for that...but being that my Taco gets better gas mileage it might be nice to have a hitch to tow a small trailer and quad, I wouldn't need to entire package anyway.
Would have been nice to have different tires/rims than the dunlop/steelies, but I'm getting black rims and BFG's anyway.
Keyless entry would have been nice, but I didn't think about it at the time...might ask for that for my birthday :).

And Impulse Red Pearl is the ultimate superior color and my 1st choice.

The only thing I wish I would of gotten on this truck is the tow package, other than that third times a charm.
