I have looked some but it is next on my list to dig into. Not many gov jobs where I live without having to drive an hour and a half or so

 

Had that on my last one to check liver function an MRE, it was developed here where I work.

They warned me when the contrast went in it might feel like I was going to have a bowl movement. Could feel it going in my arm and I could have sworn I was shitting myself. That freaked me out about as much as the MRI thing.

A smart man once told me where you retire depends on where the grand kids live... And I miss the ocean a lot something thought I'd never say. Although think seafood has a role to play with that for me.

When I was stationed in the Tidewater area lived down in Currituck, NC. My now Ex MIL lived down in Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach actually and Emerald Isle area before that. Which is close to Camp Lejeune and Cherry Point if you want a military base near by for any benefits. I know that area or at least did at one time and it was a long time ago now. If I was going to live near the ocean that would be on my short list also.

@Taco-Grinder The reason I'm so concerned for you is that my older brother, 18 years my elder went thru that 10 years ago or so, by his temple and the Drs F'd it all up, now he has what appears to be symptoms of a stroke on that left side of his face, not to alarm you just what I've seen personally.. Rudy IS NOT happy since the surgery to remove his spot..

Anytime the damn Dr's mess around someone's face it concerns me for them..

Put me in MRI tube and within a few minutes in sound asleep . I've even had the MRI tech wake me up during the test because I'm snoring and my snoring is affecting the test procedure
