Did the cowl induction mod. I trimmed my fenders earlier this year and was getting alot of trash in my intake whether it be water, mud, sand... so I needed to move it from the wheel well to the cowl. I was never a fan of snorkels and really liked this idea. The wire is to prevent and rodents getting it since I added a larger whole in the side of the cowl area.

Thanks. I saw it on another thread here and with a very muddy trip this weekend I figure I would knock it out.

Installed one bed stiffener. Then all the sudden it was dark and 5*.

If you switch the stiffener to the other side you will gain another 1" + of usable length of bed because the vert edge with the holes will be further rearward
The bottom bolt holes will work as is, but you may need to redrill the vertical edge .
Check it out ,as I mounted my so I would leave max length available in the bed.
You current way will still work but you lose that 1"+.
    Just a suggestion.

What's the ID and OD of the washer you laser cut? I wonder if a supply store would carry something similar making it easier than buy a laser and making my own?

The same shit everyone else has.
Relocated the fitting for my compressor from under the hood to the bed.

And added a white LED to the existing LEDs to light up the hvac panel better. The cold side of the temp selector is visible now.

The color is more even in person. Hard to capture it on a crappy iPhone camera.

I paid around 600 out the door for them. They are bolt on. This was for a DCLB. Ryan @Shmellmopwho painted and installed them for me included in the price. His quality is top notch. Highly recommend!

Took my truck to the car wash due to all the rain we've had and no time to wash it myself. Heard a thump during the wash, but didn't find the damage until I got home. A broken license plate light and a crappy wash for good measure).
