Do a pizza casserole.

Pour some olive oil in a baking pan. Add crushed tomatoes , pound of browned Italian sausage, top with pepperoni, green olives and fresh portobello mushrooms. Top off with a a 7 Italian cheese blend. And bake until golden brown.

Crustless deep dish pizza. And it reheats well too. Adjust toppings for your favorites
