    Contemplating tire size change away from the 255s as well. For the sake of finding a more common size. All 285s seem to be less than true 33", yet I don't want to get much wider than 285.

    If the universe smiles upon my blackened soul, and drops some 17" wheels in my lap in the future, then it'll open up size options a bit more. Otherwise, sticking to 16" wheels.

    I replied back to ya in the group chat.

    I ended up knocking the old out the spindle from the outer side. Tapped in 2 opposite spots with a flathead a few times and it came out. Cleaned the daylights out of the spindle, greased er back up a bit, grease on the seal, and generously pressed it in by hand and didn't bend the metal a bit.
