    TSB does not apply to our trucks under any kind of warranty or anything like that. But, we can learn from it.

    But what if he has something cooler and more expensive?

    Honestly for me my AC is total dog crap in the summertime so anything that helps I am willing to try, even if it costs a lot of $$$. Last summer I almost sold my truck for a tundra because the ac was so bad and I love this truck otherwise.

    Someone in the Turbo BS thread recommended it to me when I noticed decreased a/c performance.
    The stitching unraveled very easily where I cut it so I’m thinking to go back with their tape to finish the ends off (Design Engineering 010408)

    Ok guys sorry to keep annoying everyone. Looks like gadget did send me the correct thermostat. It’s a 160 degree and I confirmed by looking down the stalk. I still can’t understand why I’m running easily another 10 degrees warmer than everyone else with the same thermostat. And even those who are supercharged. I’m around 190F on the highway doing 75 in 90 degree weather with ac on. I double checked and the weep hole which I believe is that bronze nipple up top, was installed at the 12 o clock position facing towards the sky. And no air bubbles. Any other suggestions? I’m still going to wait for the other thermostat I ordered to come in and install that one in the event this one is faulty.
