CIGAR SMOKIN' AND BS

Had a Camacho Nicaraguan barrel aged over the weekend from a 5 pack I ordered 6 months ago. The first half of these are pretty boring but come the second half just brings out this amazing flavor. Highly would recommend. Overall smoke was about 1.25 hours.

 

Once I get over my sinus crap I'm gonna pull the trigger on a Cao Flavors sampler.

I’ve always been a fan of the CAO moontrance and cherry bomb. Never had one larger than a corona size tho.

The tins are good though and relatively inexpensive for a quick smoke.

 

How much flavor do these really have? I have strayed away from the infused cigars.

 

Also interested. I started smoking with swisher sweet peach cigarillos which were pretty flavorful in high school.
Obviously my tastes are bit different now, but I always seem to lean towards a nice flavor instead of some of the more bitter cigars (which I end up spitting the whole smoke.).

 

Start with some medium body cigar. I personally don't have any flavored cigars or really plan on acquiring any. A lot of people talk about CAO so I might give it a chance one day.

A good medium body cigar I would suggest Padron. It is very difficult to go wrong with a Padron. Get a smaller size cigar. No need to get a massive Churchill.

They are definitely distinct. Personally I favor the infused cigars, most of what I smoke are the Drew estate acid line of cigars.
The nice thing is of all the CAO flavors line you can pick up a single cigarillo in whichever style you’d like to try for just a buck or two.

CI has the singles in little metal cylinders right along with the tins and the petite corona and regular corona.

I asked today and my shop is getting me a moontrance in the robusto.

Will report back on that one.

 

You will enjoy! If you are whiskey or scotch drinker these pair perfectly. Maduro is the way to go IMO.

I’ve had that blend many times before but only in the cigarillo or petite Corona size. Either that or the cherry bomb are my go-to with CAO.
I like the sweet ones.

Another one of my favorites right now is the Monte Cristo Junior Master or Open Master right now. Cubano so it may take some searching to find.

 

I like the Gran Habano La Conquista's in the Robustos. Nice mild smoke. Bit pricey, my guy gets them 5 for $60. I might shop around see if I can find them cheaper. Can't get them in store around here since laws and what not.

 

I'll check them out. If you do some research you can find a lot of online distributors deliver to the US. From what I have heard personally some are solid...
