Yup. Angleing it away will help cut down on door glare, and get a little more width of light on the ground. Plus it looks more stealth and aerodynamic.

    Hopefully by end of March.
Yes I am still working on the V5's..but with all the other developments it hasn't progressed much. I am however doing another run of V4 signals which will be back in stock early March.
    Yes. Still planning on $100 MSRP for the Tacoma kit;
-Pair of Puddle Pods with LEDS
    -Plug and play interior harness
-extension wires to run though door.
For sure a huge up front cost. Add to the fact these are getting injection molded so add the tooling cost$$$
Not sure how many I will be doing for the initial launch. We'll see..
    Gracias:hattip:

Hey Stew, I assume they will be black and not the silver in your pics? Keep up the great work.

Sorry if I missed this, but how will these work? You unlock or lock the doors and these light up for a predetermined amount of time?

These will hook into the dome lights, so as you approach your car, they will light up along with the domes.

The grey color is raw 3D print. Just for R&D. The final production color will be black ABS that matches the rest of the plastic on the mirror
These will be tied off the dome light circuit. Basically when you unlock your truck they will turn on.(for whatever period the dome light stays on for). If you have a smart key it has built in proximity so they will automatically activate when you get close enough to the truck.
I’ve had enough light stuff for this week.
    Tapout
Hopefully it will arrive soon! USPS is hit or miss

If they are tied in with the dome does that mean when you turn it on while driving ( your passenger looking for something) the puddles will turn on as well?

Sorry if this has been asked before

Kings, 275/70/17, a few custom items, lots of Meso mods.
Well you had me wondering so I just went out and checked. You can turn on any or all the interior lights with doors closed and puddles will not come on.
    It's on a separate circuit.

    Excuse my ignorance here.

For those of you with proximity/push-to-start keys, do the dome lights always come on before you grab the door handle to unlock the truck? Is it possible that I’ve just never noticed this (windows tinted too dark)? Or is this a feature you need to turn on?

As long as the switch overhead is set to the correct position I’d bet they have always done it. You just don’t have an ultimate dome to notice :D

That’s one MESO mod I haven’t been lucky enough to snag yet. But when I do I’m sure this will be obvious
