Those "Leafy Rolls" look like Vietnamese rice paper rolls. I've tried the Vietnamese rolls in California, and they're basically a "healthier" egg roll.

Orientals seem to be the dominant foreign ethnicity on the West Coast. The best Filipino food I've ever had was in the Riverside area of California.

I'm very fortunate to live in a Very Multicultural City. Every type of Food available. There's even a two week festival every year with ethnic food, drink & entertainment. Unfortunately due to bein' Ciliac, I usually have to research the hell outta it or have a conference on the mound with the Chef before I can safely eat. I'm now fluent in many universal sign languages.

Our city has an annual 3 day festival celebrating a different culture each year called "Borderfest." This year they're celebrating India. My favorite years were China in 2008, and Australia in 2011.
