Slight rain but it wasn't too bad at all.

 

I also rinsed mine down and left it outside for the night. It's supposed to rain all night so that should help with the mud that's hiding in cracks.

 

Ahh that I am, sad it ends soon i have swing shift next month

oh thats good, based on those pics, it looks like a lot more mud and water then when i went in january.

Its the best, next month i do one day watch then one night watch and get 3 days off. my sleep is gonna be jacked up.

 

im switching back and forth next month ive got some classes and what not.

 

that sucks. i want to go to permanent nights so bad but everytime i bring it up it gets shot down.

It's a randyfab knockoff. I think he did a write up about it in the lair.

 

I took some 1/8” thick, 2” wide bar and bent/welded it to make a bracket. Then picked up some 3/8” thick j hooks and nylock nuts from fastenal to hold it down. Very secure.

 

I took the long way home from sleepy creek and checked out the WMA off of 17 and 66. It must be over 3000feet elevation because there was still 8 inches of snow and fog so thick you couldn't see squat. I turned around before I got myself in trouble so no idea if any decent trails. Looked like a muddy mess.

Had a great time today. Didnt get many pics but I'm pretty happy with that video of Adam jumping!
