    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
Had a great time @BAMF hangin out with fellow TW peeps. Was good seeing some familiar faces and also being able to put a few new faces with user names.

P.S. El Taco Diablo made her first little trip on the new transmission etc with no problems.

Just wanna say thank you to Jason and Jerry for a great day today. The BBQ was legit! If you left early, you missed out. Tri-tip, chicken, and championship ribs! Sides of mac & cheese and beans.

I asked about and was given a bottle of Trini Hot Pepper Sauce. This stuff is legit and tasty AF.

I had to bounce out around 2:30 ish. Had a great time. Put faces to names. High fived those I’ve known and moved some metal. Great times. Drank way more water than I should have. Thanks @JLee and @jberry813 for being rad.

I went to install my extended travel billies today. But they were 1/8 inch wider and would not fit in the lower mount. Fuck! See the photo showing my current procomp shocks that fit perfectly and the billies next to it to see the difference. Again fuck.
I tried to force it but couldn't get the entire hole to line up to get the bolt through. HELP?

I know these have bolted right up for earlier year 2ncd gens .. 2008 .. 2011.. etc.
Are the lower shock mounts skinnier in the 2015?
FUCK again for good measure. HeLP. I HAD TO PUT MY PROCOMP BACK ON .. :annoyed:20190223_171108.jpg

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

A lot of times, when you install shocks (especially with bushings at the outside of the mounting surface) when you tighten the bolts, the bolts bend the shock mount inward (squeezing the shock). Then when you go to install different (new) shocks, you have to separate (bend) the shock mounts out so the new shock will fit in to the shock mount.

    stuff
Stick a bolt through the lower mount. Have a nut and washer against each inside edge of mount and you can spread it simply by turning the nuts with a wrench
