sprints customer service is the worst i have ever had

 

cool, now get verizon. Its much better.

 

the employee couldnt help me with anything then i said im going to verzion can you help me now she siad i can transfer you to cancellation. i said thank you for finally helping me. talk about great customer service

Yeah, I just ended a 10 year or more relationship with Sprint to go to ATT for the new Iphone. I have heard so so things about ATT, but I haven't had to contact them on anything as of yet. First bill and initial set up was way easy...so we will see.

But yeah Sprint customer service blows, I told them I was going to walk for the new iphone and they could of cared less.

 

I've had ATT for 15 years and never had any major problems. T-Mobile sucked ass though.

but yeah, they don't seem to care about the fact that they have lost 1 million customers over the last year or so. they just say it's an industry trend.

 

verizon's customer service sucks too. so far the best i've dealt with is alltel but their coverage sucked when i had them. htey may have improved since VZ owns them now.

 

all carriers have shitty customer service...at least sprints is cheaper and they'll give you free stuff when you get really pissed and threaten to cancel
