I’ve had a bike of some sort (all types) since 1968. This is hands down the most fun bike I’ve ever owned. Especially after the big bore, cam, carb over haul.

Damn, Benchmade has gone full retard. Too bad they make some good knives but I won't be buying anymore from them.

 

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to bring up the Benchmade situation lol. You guys can send me your knives and I'll dispose of them haha

this is good news for me. I have had several benchmades in my cart recently and have just been waiting for the moment to buy them. Now I have a reason to hold off. I guess more Taco parts can be ordered.

 

Its not just the destroying of the guns. They've gave a boatload of money to the wrong people over the last few years. People that aren't exactly 2A friendly.

 

Wait, the more I think about it there are about to be a bunch of cheap benchmades on Ebay....I'll be right back.

There is a backpedalling YouTube video. Doesn't seem genuine at all. Regardless, unless they come out with some really special, I don't think i'll be getting more.

 

Realistically, Same can be said about most outdoors gear companies contributing to similar minded folks...Patagonia comes to mind. Nearly impossible to buy quality gear without some sort of conflict of interest....Back to knives

Talk about a hair trigger. I found a few old broken long guns at the ladt house I bought. Some old double hammer double barrel shotgun and a stock less old lever action with a bent barrel. I turned them in at a gun collection drive. (I think they were handing out foot locker gift cards in exchange). I’m sure they were ground to dust at some factory. No big to me.

Law enforcement burns all kinds of stuff down. Cash, pot, drugs ...

Hard to find knife and I’m not doing it any favors. It’s a beautiful blade.

 

When you think about it... what better use of corporate dollars for a high-end knife maker than to destroy confiscated guns and promote more confiscations through the political process? Profit margin on a 940 is way higher than profit margin on a gun.

 

Bought this thing a few months ago and I've only carried it once. I cant bring myself to get rid of it though. I wish the handle was a tiny bit bigger and I think it would be perfect. I dont think I can edc a fixed blade, it's just so cool looking I'm gonna keep it in my collection lol
