Hello Ladies and gentleman, I have been following this site for quite sometime. I am currently on my second Taco, the first one was totaled from hail damage. but after coming back from deployment I got a beautiful 2016 Toyota Tacoma limited.
I am looking for suggestions and help on what size width and size tires to put on that will give little to no rubbing. i am looking to lift it anywhere from 3 to 3.5 inches.
I have the rims already picked out and the exhaust.
The top truck is mine and the bottom photo is what i would like it to look like

any and all suggestions are welcome! thanks

Check the wheels and tires section for size details. You'll find better answers.

And lift kits the general trend is cheap blocks are gonna get you that bro lift but expect to get some backlash as this is mostly and offroad forum and people actually wheel.

An Add a leaf in the back end is much better and not much more $$ than a block. OME or 5100's and some new coils will always be better than stock on some cheap risers. INstall really isnt too bad since it's only a few big bolts I've done mine multiple times in driveway and waaaay easier than anything I ever did on little cars where you have to take everything apart to do one thing.

Are you looking for performance or mall crawling/posing?

I think more performance, I wanted to make my last taco more off road.
This one I have a bit of a different vision

I meant offroad by performance. Do you want to rock crawl, trail ride, or blast through the desert at 80 mph?
