They do not look pink at all (in all different light conditions). I picked them up on ebay. The only bulb that is reused is the reverse light. Everything else is LED. They are plug and play.

    Thnak you! Its a 93 325i however I swapped in a M50 from a 5 series.

Thanks. I really like them a lot. They look stock but more modern. We've been getting blasted with snow this season. Where did you move to?

That's exactly my plan too. Parts are so much cheaper compared to parts for my E30 or Type R.

A small update. I have installed heated seats in the Taco. Probably my favorite mod. Took forever but I wanted to do it the right way. If anyone needs any help give me a holler.
I have also just purchased some 265/70/17 Falken Wildpeak AT3 tires. I plan on buying some TRD Pro wheels in gray. The cheapest set I found is $796 shipped. If anyone knows of a cheaper set let me know.
Lastly, I took off all the chrome badges and replaced them with black ones.

    Upcoming Mods include:
    1. Trd Pro Wheels
    2. Trd Pro Grill
    3. Rock sliders
    4. Headlights (TBD)

I moved to Northern Virginia for work, not so much snow here. My folks are still up in VT so I'm there semi regularly. I also noticed we have nice mirrored usernames...

The salt here is horrible. I washed it 2 days ago and this is how it looks.

What dash kit did you use with your HU? I’ve tried the Scoche and the Metra, neither of which are bad but they don’t fit as well as I’d like.

I used the Metra kit. I had no issues with fitment. Looks just like stock.

My wheels came in. Thank you again to @JaCado for his tip. Saved a $150 on the wheels. The wheels fit great. Minor rubbing on full lock.

    Thoughts?

I have also ordered more parts including a sport honeycomb grill, new headlights, and rock sliders. I ended up going with Tyger rock sliders. I know that a lot of people say that they are weak and should be not used as rock sliders. I am okay with that as they will be used more for protection against car doors rather then for serious offroading. I feel that a lot of people go overkill on parts.

Glad it worked out for you. Congrats on the new wheels. They look good:thumbsup::cheers:

Edit.... I had those steps too... I also used them as actual sliders... they did ok if you went slow enough, they lasted about 3 trips..
I will get a pic of what's left of one of them for you. They dent fairly easy.

Haha. Ill bet they do at the price they are offering it. My hope is for them to simply protect the paint. I have no higher hopes for them. Haha.

Here is wher one of them ended up on my 17
The underside is dented and almost flat... mind you it used to be round. No shot of it right now. If I think of it tomorrow I take one and post it.20181210_192832.jpg

Lots of updates since I posted last time. New head lights, sport grill, led fog lights, "rock sliders", third brake light, interior lights, and wheels/tires. Decided to give it a good wash today and snap a few photos.

Truck looks great! Are you running any spacer with your wheels? I have the same going on my truck Saturday and have been looking for a straight on shot of the offset this week but havent found one. Those look to sit a bit wider than I'd expected
