On another note, my rear end is sky high again haha. Flippac went off to the new owner today.

It's so long lol - I think I measured it around 18-19' bumper to bumper. I gotta measure again...I just know it's very difficult getting in and out of small parking lots but I've gotten used to it. I just back up till I hit then move forward a few inches.

+$2,000 for sh*t that breaks...This is how I calculate costs hahah!

Here are two very different setups, none of which include the sale of stock parts and very very rough estimates. Just having fun throwing some numbers together tonight - Definitely a lot of money! Damn this truck addiction :annoyed: I should have left it stock and gone back to surfing everyday! This is just for shizzes and giggles lol. I don't think I'll spend CLOSE to the total amount if I do choose one of these setups, and I doubt LT will be in my near future...For a truck that is driven 5% offroad in reality.

I just like to share my thoughts on here as, well...it adds to the BS of this build thread :woot:

I remember those days. So desperate to spend hours doing anything besides studying. So glad I’m done with all school, Forever.

Where did you get your LT cost from? You didn’t account for shocks or axles for starters.

For $1600 difference I’d go LT! :bikewhoops:

Long travel. Cut the $2000 for the bedrack and tent if needed and just sleep in a ground tent or a cot in the bed of the truck.

Bro, this is an Expo AF build. You’re not overlanding without a dedicated camper setup. An RTT is the minimum

Remember the price of the kit I told you?

Just added $1500 for shocks and $700 for axles to that number.

I’m going out next week and sleeping in a ground tent, shame on me! The rtt + bedrack is the one cost I’d be glad to cross off. When I get towards summer I’ll go back to one.
