I’ve flashed maybe 7 times now? First was maybe 45 minutes start to finish due to all the installs etc. 2-6 were probably 10-15 minutes because of the age of my laptop. #7 today seemed to just fall apart. Guardsnt drivers were giving me a hard time. Windows installer was giving me a hard time. VCRuntime was giving me a hard time. Recognizing the dongle was giving me a hard time. All problems that cropped up since my last tune.

It usually goes okay for me, but today was painful. No worries, I struggled through and will drop another $200 for the security of having a handheld in the glovebox when they are available.

You'll be able to use the Tactrix OBD cable/adapter that comes with your Ovtune kit.
Ya, I'll do that once in a while too usually unintended. :)

Over 300 miles on the tune now and the tip in is not mellowing. That's a good thing, I like to live dangerous. :D

Mine has gotten easier to maintain speed with. Shifting feels smooth as butter.

Yes, mine seems to like cruising at 80 better than 70! No joke, seems happier there.

It's just that after 400 miles or so the DRIVER has adapted to the tune, not the other way around. ;)
