That's why I have both style braces. I have absolutely no fear of tweaking my front end during a hard winch. Other stuff on my truck would break first.

There is an additional long bolt that goes through the frame from inside the bumper on mine. I wish I had those additional side frame supports as my bumper and frame are both bent from recoveries.

Not really, and I bent it all back as good as I could... My bumper is aluminum though, which makes a difference

 

How did you address the front part of the wheel well cover?

 

Hell yeah

 

It's just plastic, trim with a sharp knife even with the rear of the bumper
