Also, this happens every year. It rains, it floods, it snows, we still go, it's still awesome. A few years ago, a bunch of folks backed out because it snowed 14" and down here, that's basically the world ending. Still, 15 trucks or so showed up and from beginning to end, it was one of the most fun trips I've been on. If muddy trails and not pristine campgrounds bother you, you're gonna have a hard time wheelin and camping in the south, period. We originally made this meet in March specifically to give us a chance at disaster. Unless the park literally blocks off all the roads, this will basically be the same trip it is every year. It may not be for everyone but I wont personally envy the people sitting at home on the couch.

 

I'm 99% out for this one. Have a family thing in Murray this weekend, probably won't be driving down the very next weekend.
....also no Tacoma.

I'm sadly not going to make the cross-state trek this year. Need to prioritize some other things before playing in the mud.

I was grossly under-prepared for how fucking cold it was that weekend. Had I not been freezing my dick off, I would’ve stayed. But I can say that I atleast showed up for this meet.

Turns out getting an alignment at a shop that knows things costs more than an alignment in the long run
Which equates to more downtime of the truck and I want to be in top form with these new gears and not get stuck lol
