What kind of MPG hit did you see? I'm thinking of doing around the same amount of lift.

I’ve got a GS-09 photographer with over 25 years federal service and zero sick leave. He earns it and then uses it. Laziest POS I’ve ever met. Battled HR and the union for years trying to get him fired.

I am a GS employee with over 30 years. I have over 2500 hours sick leave, best insurance policy ever. Never felt sorry for anyone that abuses their sick leave.

Looked at lot of Grille Photos for these 3rd Gens and can't decide what I like best. It was 2 weeks before I realized there were 2 shades of chrome on the stock OR Grille. Folks here have really come up with some cool options. I'm not as anti-chrome as some, but I grabbed a little Plasti-Dip and this is what I came up with. Not sure it's my best look, but love that I can change my mind should I grow another wild hair :)

Last photo really shows how much I need some more meat under those fenders though :( Maybe this summer :)

I have nearly 20 years with the DOD and I have a little over 3 weeks TOTAL leave. Then again I have been out with 6 surgeries including 2 six month periods with no pay and 1 three month period with no pay. Health issues put a hurting on my leave. What I am saying is you cannot ONLY judge someone by the number of hours of leave they have. On the other hand I work with people that have over 2000 hours sick leave but they do zero to minimal work while they are here. I only work 40 hours a week by choice. I out-perform everyone in my office and they mostly work 60 hour weeks. I spent 30 years in private industry so I have this weird thing called "work ethic". Sure doesn't do much for my DOD career but I go home every day knowing I gave them 10 hours of work in an 8 hour shift. Then I go home and either do machine work or automotive work in my garage until 10:00 or 11:00 most nights. This past weekend I worked over 25 hours in my garage.

    Great looking truck.

I enjoyed playing around with my grill, too.

It definitely clears the mirror and box by a lot, maybe almost too much- looks like a solid 4” gap between the top of shield and top of windshield

Thanks for the pic, I have to say I was hoping for a tighter fit

Not sure it counts, not my third gen in the pic, but it is a tool out of the back. A gal in a crv at the store needed a jump so I got to use my flashlight jumper for the first time since I got it.
