What will go in the side compartments adjacent to the taps? You did a heck of a job with that! Looks great. Is it a chest freezer? If so, does the tap tower flip back when you open the lid? How long did you ferment the Irish stout?

The cubby's on the side fit pint glasses, two in each cubby, so 8 total! Yes, a chest freezer is underneath it all haha....I'll see if I have any progress photos on my phone still and post those so you can kind of see how it was put together!!
The Irish stout was in primary for a week, then secondary for another week. Lastly put it on CO2 (~10psi) for a week, and now its on 25psi of Nitro.

Awesome! I need to brew a third beer to fill all taps, but right now I have (1) a commercial NE IPA called M-43 and (2) my Irish Stout on Nitro.

Nice! Would love to see. Especially how you drain your catch-tray.

Very cool about the NE IPA, who brews it? We also keep one commercial tap as well for our favorite local breweries wherever we may be. Are you brewing extract, biab or full on all grain? We just stepped up from extract to BIAB, and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Our beers are clear, bright & have been elevated to the next level. So exciting!

Here some progress photos when I was building but I'll get one later with the top open. The drip tray is drop in, so I can easily remove it to drain and clean it. I'll get better pics of it later.

The NE IPA from a local brewery called Old-Nation. Highly recommend if you ever see it in your neck of the woods.
I do extract occasionally and all grain. Never made a brew via BIAB method before, I'll have to check it out!
