    Got a call from the OPP today since they didn't have my address on file to be subpoenaed. Trial is in December from what the guy that called me said.

    have to love how fast the court system moves.....

    as someone had mentioned, M&G at the court house to sit in. If its in Collingwood, I know there are lots of backroads to explore. Worst case, blue mountain....

    My local Police, knock at my door at supper for subpoena to a witness for 4th-11th-12th december 2019

    at Collingwood Court, 49 Huron st, Collingwood, Ontario....

    It's a long way from home...and it will cost me restaurant and hotel for that cause...but I think he desserve to have a sanction and I will be there....But If you have idea for saving me money...I will be listening....

    I was told they pay travel . Not much but it's better than nothing.

    Interesting...out of province subpoena. Curious if there is any cross provincial boarder consequence that would further aggravate the charge and thus the s3ntence if convicted.
