    i'm guessing they're asking that much bc of a building. That building is nothing special, 1 garage door and no entry door?!? I when builders don't put entry doors on shops/garages.

    overpriced in my opinion, but I don't know the area.

    ok smart alec. do I need to rerun wires to it? can I ground it without rerunning wires to it? I want the simplest, yet up to code, method.

    my contractors are doing the outlets in the kitchen and bathroom that they are remodeling, but none of the other rooms. I was wondering if I can self perform (with help) the other rooms.
