Good buy but mixed feelings on it being just a tad overpriced. For a minute I thought of putting mine for sale. I have a ridiculous amount of mods including a s/c, Baja design fogs, Wilwood bbk, wet okoles, tasteful engine mods to support the s/c etc....I now have 39k almost 40k miles. As far as rarity goes. You can find a 15 pro and add an s/c, tough but they’re out there. But can you find me 12-14 Baja in a manual?? I was thinking around 34-35 on a price for mine......

I got em but they are still in the box not yet installed. Wilwood just came out with the kit last year or so. I got them cuz I got a crazy Black Friday deal. Should be a very easy install, just need to trim the dust shield. Also, you need at least a 17” wheel....

I can give you a pic of a caliper if you’d like.

I'd agree, I think it's a bit high. Unfortunately most mods don't add much value with the supercharger being an exception. There's one Baja I could find with a 6-speed for sale with a lot of miles and some damage here--
    https://wichita.craigslist.org/cto/d/valley-center-2012-toyota-tacoma-baja/6810446074.html

I did see a bargain for a truck after I bought mine, a 2012 Baja, Access Cab, 6-speed, supercharged, 50k miles for $25k. I think the Pro is just more desirable right now. Honestly I think $34k is a bit high but I'm no expert, and it's better to start high when selling!

Good find!! Mods will do you no good when trading into a dealer but selling outright I think is different. That second truck is beyond a bargain.....someone got a deal and a half there.

haha these rare trucks are meant to be wheeled :mudding:

Side Note: The fender liners were removed, after cutting the flares and fenders. I have mud in places that will literally never come out now lol. I'm not sure if I even want to clean it, because it will get dirty the next time out.

Which years/models have the plastic floor?

And does it insulate against road noise as well as carpet? My carpet needs replacing

I put on the Fend-X liners up front which have a liiiiiittle more clearance only because it's flat versus ribbed like the OEM ones

Guys this is gonna sound stupid but I’m having a local auto shop re-install my overload springs. It’s the original leaf pack on the TX BAJA along with an icon AAL.

Anyway, they just called and asked if the overload is supposed to go on top or underneath the leaf pack and I always thought it was underneath between the pack and bumps....am I crazy?!

My 2012 has the vinyl flooring from the factory, I think that was the first year it was available, not sure how long they kept it available. I have never seen another Tacoma that came with it from the factory, I don't think it was a real popular option but I love it. I don't notice much if any difference in road noise between this and my previous 2006 Tacoma.

Right?? Too late for that! I went and talked in person and got a good vibe but this shattered what little trust was there....finding anyone in the motor city who knows anything about Tacoma’s is nearly impossible. :frusty:

The all weather flooring came as a factory ordered option. An extra 50 bucks i think. I have it in both my trucks and havent noticed any difference when switching from carpet to vinyl
