But nah I had trouble getting the lower arm to drop enough. Didn’t want to mess with the alignment bolts. Will likely mount shock to coils and try it that way and see if it is any easier.

Mark the cam bolts where they are. Loosen them and don't fight the bushings. You fight the bushings and put them in a bind you'll prematurely wear them out and they'll have more of a tendancy to tear. Also after lifting or lowering on a SALA (short arm long arm, double wishbone) suspension you are getting a camber change as the suspension moves so you'll need an alignment anyways. This will just get you closer. Also once you put the new springs and shocks in torque them down once the vehicle is on the ground and you jounce it a few times. Stop trying to shortcut it and do it right you'll have much better results.

Oh man, it’s been dead AF in here today. Got new Toyota shackles in. One of mine is tweaked and I’ll put some poly bushings in which will help the rear and droop out easier.

how come ur staying with stock length shackles?

 

I think he has hangers which would lower the truck if he had longer shackles.
