I knew those did, I was referring to his turn signals in the side mirrors, which he already answered...

I have the intermittent left turn signal, do you recommend removing both resistors or just the one on the side having an issue.

I do have the ultimate turns and led front turn signals also. FWIW, it works 99% of the time, until it doesn’t.

Yes. Just unplug a resistor on the problematic side and retest.

Another thing I noticed is everything matches now when I unlock the doors with my fob. Now its amber/amber/amber & not amber/amber/red with the front, mirrors & tails.

It's the little things in life that make us happy :)

I bought the stage 1 kit. These things are Awesome. :bananadance:

I chose to install the resistors just in case. No hyper flashing at all. Lucky I had 4 small screws from my stereo install days to screw them into the resistor holes and the metal frame with my cordless drill. Also, as some might not know, make sure the resistor is well out of the way of any wires or plastic so you dont melt anything. I chose to mount near the back bottom of the taillight area.

The toughest thing I did was to install the small bulb on the bottom for the reverse/turn bulb. One went in fine. The other was difficult with my hands to do so I used a 19mm wrench to tighten on. Just be sure not to overtighten. Super glad Meso designed it to be shaped for a wrench.
I own several sets of different style stock taillights and decided to throw these in my TRD Pro lights for now.

Edit: after running this mod for a couple days I started having a right turn signal that wasn't working. Per Meso's recommendation, I pulled out both resistors and everything now works great.

No but installing into even legit TRD Pro lights was still hard to turn....a 19mm wrench allowed me to get it on though. You're right though. I'm pretty sure it's a thicker O-ring.

@mesojdm Just installed my stage 2's. If I get one blink upon activating turn signal, does that mean I need to unplug the black resistor?

    Yes

Throw it right over the TRD. Add a little triangle on top of MESO and it would look like mountains.

Alright, got it sorted, stage 2, morimoto HID low beam, LED high beams, Stock turns all around, no resistor needed. Just for data logging.

Good to note thanks. I might just do the kit with NO resistor to save people some $$. Then, if the chances are you do need one it can be added

Would the 7443 skew anything? Also, I used a soldering iron with a needle tip and just burned through the thicker notches. While still hot, scraped the soft plastic out in big chunks. At the end I used a step bit, by hand to knock off all the peaks. 2 part epoxy to glue.

ETA, I'll sell you some resistors for some of your other kits
