Look at some dishwashing gloves, thin enough to be dexterous and thick enough to reuse. I simply wash my hands with dish soap with them on.

@Misplaced Nebraskan, I do a lot of work with the powder-free vinyl gloves from Ace Mart. Mostly for the prepping and cooking. They are so cheap that I can go through them like crazy and not care too much. Roughly $4.00/box of 100 and I buy them by the case. I'll put on a pair to move the meat from the cutting board to the pan, then trash them right away.

The nitriles are better and a more professional look, so I'll try to use those when I'm slicing and serving for an event. About 3 times the price, though, even through our hookup. One of our cooks gets the thicker, black ones through a connection at his motorcycle shop, so I can't tell you exactly where I buy them. @Bigdaddy4760 's Amazon link looks as good as any.

Given a recent series of events, this made me chuckle. Which in turn made my incision sites from my single port robotic prostatectomy hurt like hell...

Late start to the cook last night....did have the have the chicken soaking in some good stuff overnight prior, though.

Was in a hurry to get rolling once I made it back home. Figured I'd have the smallest Weber up and running the quickest. One of these days I'm going to get a gas grill for such cooks !!

Used a mix of these two rubs & finished it off with my wife's favorite bbq chicken sauce........marinated myself with a couple Yuengling brews.

    Barely fit.....but fit it did.

Chicken was so dang tender that it was easily damaged by the tongs when I'd flip it or move it around.

Had a skillet of cornbread getting close to ready as the yardbird was grilling.

Asked my 19 year old which he wanted, breast or leg quarter. His reply was "Yes, please".

He tore into it and came back for more......joker is a lean, mean, feeding machine when he's hungry.

One of these days I'm gonna get a Weber gasser for just such hurried cooks. A griddle insert will make it easy to do breakfast foods on it, too.
