    I'm with you, glad it's being regulated from getting trashed but still shitty it had to come to that. Won't be long before trails will follow suit
    Welcome! My neighbors just moved in this summer from Indiana.
    When on the trails, stay the trail is my advice. Don't wind up getting fined or scolded from Natives by finding out the hard way. Not lecturing, just upsetting seeing how bad our trails are getting wrecked :pout:

    Does anyone have the inside tip on some warehouse space for rent in preferably the Berkeley/Wheat Ridge area? Willing to go a little bit outside of that for the right price. Looking to build out a production studio and probably 1200sqft minimum up to 2000sqft. Would like to stay around $10 - $14 per sqft.

    Every place I seem to find on Loopnet isn't the actual location they are advertising or they are way behind on renovations they are promoting through property pictures.
