Thanks brother! Im thinking i may be able to find one used. Been checking the short bed red trucks for sale around here. Tried emailing a couple of folks with covers and red trucks(that were selling the truck privately), and they didnt want to separate the cover

What's it going on prerunner or 4x4

 

I wanted one when I first bought my taco then I saw the spare tire rack for in the bed want that instead

 

Going on the 4wd, prerunner is going to keep the camper shell.. i never haul anything and would like the ability to lock crap up in the bed. Also would be nice having a little weight over the rear tires

 

Yeah the only downfall is that it really limits your use of the bed. I figure if i ever need to use it, ill just take it off

 

When I was I high school a kid had a 89 cheby S10 with 382 stroker he drag raced he could never get it to hook up so him and his buddies welded railroad tracks to the frame to give it some extra weight lol

It did but he took it to San Antonio raceway and got red flaged cause he was racing in the stock class but they said it was modified lol

 

Pshhhh i bet all those "stock cars" were far from stock haha
