Thanks for the heads up you may want to check if those bulbs are blue if the are you may have problems for safety, recon, and I’ve personally been pulled over at dui check point for blue blubs even if they reflect white was told if I can remove blub I wouldn’t get a ticket I took the ticket and learned from it make it easy to remove

They aren’t. There’s just a little blue strip. They don’t shine blue any blue at all just a bit of a brighter white.

DUI Check Point must have had a bad day/night to give you a ticket for blue halogen bulbs that reflect white.

Let alone remove the bulb. They want you to drive home with your lights off?

Yep was shitty part almost 2 blocks away from home! Never gonna forget that cheap shit moment ticket wasn’t even just pay and go I had to go court to prove to judge that I took blubs our show them blubs and the still gave me the full price of tickets plus court fee so they actually got me to pay more then just ticket

I would never use any of those tinted headlight covers. I'm sure you could find someone who can do the BHLM on the stockers, probably can even paint the projectors black too

Sorry BHLM? I don’t understand that one
If you paint it there’s no going back except just buying new set

Black Head Light Mod... blacking out the interior of your headlight housing. True, if you mod or let alone paint your headlights, esp. the main reflector bowl for us 2nd gens then yes we have an OEM set to pass safety/recon. But I know I'm not the only one :D on here lol. Plus I have to change out my taillights too... well depends on who's checking if I have enough red reflectors.

Black Head Light Mod. Yes there's no going back or difficult to, but you get the blacked out look that you want without sacrificing light output. Here's an example:

Generally speaking, you’re gonna have a bad time unless you know how to do it yourself / pay out the nose for it done by someone else. If they don’t have the seals done right (they have to open the headlights up and reseal them), they’ll get moisture in them and be a constant issue.

Your mileage may vary on it.. but it’s not foolproof.

    Check with @Chex808
He was doing BHLM stuff before, not sure if he still is but worth a shot since he’s local
