It's less Tacoma and more mod
As much as I used to like CBI, their support and quality of service is slipping hardcore. They used to include hardware and instructions now they say they do and don't and they removed the documents from their website.

Doesn't look like all the hardware (various nuts and bolts) is included with these bumpers for bolting them to the truck. There is a list of required hardware to source. I'm fine with that but something to keep in minds for anyone looking at these bumpers, @eon_blue for example. I'm still looking everything over tho and will have details on the assembly as I go through them.

Hmmmm, mine had all the hardware, and the signal lights, just no instructions. But a Lego trained 3 year old could figure out how it all fits together. Just wish they had warned me to mount the bars and hoops as far out to the edge as possible. I just centered them up on the top of the bumper, and it makes getting the grill and marker lights in and out a bit challenging. May eventually cut them off and relocate, maybe when it gets a little warmer, and when I start work on my rear bumper from NWTI.

Replacing exhaust this weekend from the cat back. Nothing sexy, just Walker SS from RockAuto. Anyone know the size of the bolts securing the flanges at the cat/intermediate pipe? Shocker, mine are rusted beyond recognition. Funny, everything (muffler, pipes, rubber isolators, clamps and gaskets) was around 160 shipped; the chain muffler joints around here wanted 650-700 bucks.

    I have mods
They look good but personally I prefer your previous ones.

There are other ways to resolve the mud slinging thing. Swapping to 01-04 flares would be a big help, run front mud flaps or weld/bolt plate to the bottom of the sliders. I found the garage door seal mod I did helped after installing it on the front flares. I have a set of 01-04 front flares I'm going to install, still looking for a rear set for sale and might try plate or maybe expanded steel in the sliders when I finally get them. I really think a lot of the mud in the bed comes from the front tires.

Went to the Indy Boat Sport and Travel show this weekend and there was a booth selling these NexPak bags for pretty cheap so I decided to pick up a 22" tactical bag to use for my recovery gear. I have it packed with my 30’ tow strap, 15’ tree saver, two 3” ratcheting straps, four 1” ratchet straps, two D-rings, a tire repair kit and I still got plenty of room for some other stuff.

    IMG_2045.jpg

Then I also finally got new tabs from All Poo, now I need to see if they guy who did my sliders has time to do these tabs. Not like it'll take long but I'll want to bolt up the back side of the skid plate and the transmission skid plate so that I know it all lines up

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

Did part one of the dash color convert. Not doing the instrument cluster tonight, that looks like a pain in the ass.

Also, my new headlights arrived today.

lol, not really but take your time when removing everything to access the cluster. a few hidden, not obvious screws will need to come out. ya know, strike that - it is a pain in the ass

oh, tip - the dimmer knob has to be connected if you want to test after replacing the bulbs. I thought I had blown a fuse - dash & climate lights out. I then realized the dimmer knob was unplugged since I removed that panel to get to the cluster.

Now to figure out what to do about that orange glow from the clock and radio. Guess its time to put some switches where the clock is and buy a new radio lol

Nah, you should disassemble your stereo and pull out the bulbs and replace them with LEDs.
