Got the low pro bumps in, Adjusted the torsions some more, and pulled my sway bar end links to cut down the sleeves to match the new angle of the LCA's. Ended up just cutting one in half.. and using those for each side. Had to run to ACE to get shorter bolts, but got it all buttoned up and the ride is definitely improved. Just gotta fine tune it. Seat belts will go in next.

Not sure if its got the same room as the 1st gen tacos but I was able to fit a slim 10” kicker sub behind the seats. Not sure if it’d be possible(or if you’d even want to try) with the seats

Edit: skimmed through the pages, I’m hyped for the black interior swap lol

Yeah the seats definitely take up a little more room. I snagged that Sound Ordnance powered 8" that fits behind them. Hoping to start that venture in the next week or so once I tear out everything.

It’s gonna sound real nice. Can’t wait. Lol If i remember right I had pioneer door 6x9s, pioneer 4x6 behind the seats (ghetto rigged) & the sub. Plus a pioneer double din. Enjoyed the system as a whole. Wasn’t too loud outside, but in the cab it was badass

Since @XPOTRPR build thread is also the Z garage haha heres mine getting ever closer. Turned it over by hand last night and she's got loads of compression by the feel

Amazing how much simpler the VG30E looks compared to the VG30DE

I hope so. between the new carpet with sound deadening and a decent speaker setup.. I still have to patch the driver side where the PO tried installing 6x9's. I'm going to run the 5-1/4's there.. use the crossovers from those for the 4" fronts.. and run the tweeters up front from the 4". I need to figure out how to mount my double din in it as well..

hell yeah man! all are welcome. You guys are killin it with the progress on those Z's. I love seeing the progression. keeps me motivated too.

I find it motivating to see you guys progress on your trucks/cars too. Really keeps the spirits up, even though this damn car tests me at every turn haha. Gonna have to see and hear the mini truck one of these days, I work down in Chandler/Tempe area so one of these days I'll be driving the Z too, I hope.
