I am only speaking from experience because when i was done setting them up i realized that those are suppose to be facing up. I feel they should really send a small instruction sheet with it just to know small things like that.

I saw someone with a similar scenario as you a few years back. They cut the feet along this line. E4AC50D5-75B3-4CA4-81FA-2C182DC666B3.jpgIt would allow you to fit the feet. Does it support as much weight? I don’t know. But I do know another rack company makes their mounting feet with the same idea as it looks pretty damn strong.

Also added bonus I think it won’t pull up your tracks and you won’t have to stack washers.

I ran into the same issue and just flipped the mounts. Horrible picture here but I think if you zoom in enough you'll get the idea

Having trouble getting the lightbar power wire from caliraisedled down the windshield in the outer channel. Anyone have any tricks on getting it in there where its not noticeable so its secure and clean looking?

I tucked in what i can with a trim panel tool. At the bottom, i used black silicone with painters tape to hold it place while it dried. It sits along the channel and blends in just fine.

I had a cracked windshield so the install glass guys left a way to slot it in clean.

I used some car wash detergent and brushed it into the slot and on the wire then used the fat trim tool method. Also, make sure that the wire, if it's flatter than more round goes in skinnier side first.

My light bar install is in my sig and there are pics.
