Crappy park job but I wouldn't call that an asshole unless they're blocking a walkway with the way they're parked.

Well, technically it's parked correctly, but I believe the intent is for a ramp enabled van like the guy pushing over rice motor scooters at the local Starbucks.

Just my two cents here: I have a combat disability, but until I can't safely walk without appliances (wheelchair/walker/scooter) I'm defiantly against me getting a handicapped sticker or plate! I have a worker who is "handicapped" and she drives a Lotus that would be impossible for anyone with anything but a mental disability to get out of and yet she parks right out front in that wonderfully positioned spot by the front door! I'd rather walk the entire parking lot on these shot legs before giving in to my "disability."
