Does anyone sell blems of those batts? If not, I know Interstate does at their stores, when they have them. How is Interstates AGM battery? Isn't it the Megatron or something like that? I'll stop by a store tomorrow and see if they ever have blems of Megatron. Hundy uses same battery as the eighty

Last night was an interesting experience, @Speedytech7 could attest to it.

I was doing the spark plug and wire job for the E320, and I realized I didn't have a spark plug gapper or any Dielectric grease. I ran to Pepboys to pick some up right before they closed at 8:00 PM. The complex this Pepboys is in is next to an abandoned Lehigh concrete tower hopper-thing to load train cars with (If you've ever driven on I-880 you've seen it, it's like 10 stories tall). I noticed as I was turning into the complex, I saw a pickup truck with a bunch of people standing around it in the dark next to the gate for the plant.

I thought "Huh, that's kind of strange. What are these guys doing out here this late in this pitch black corner next to an abandoned concrete plant?" Disregarding them, I go to park and go inside the store to buy my stuff. See diagram below for clarification.



As I leave the store, I get into my car and I'm about to pullout when I hear sirens and lights blazing right behind my trunk and see two non-descript unmarked Chrysler Pacificas, out of all vehicles, boxing me in when I get out and see the doors on both vans slam open and see at least ten police officers run out guns drawn approaching a black SUV parked a few feet away.

More unmarked sedans (appeared to be Honda Civics) approach and box the SUV in on the other side, and more cops come out. They take this dude and put him into cuffs and throws him into the SUV right behind my car. The guy in cuffs looked at me straight in the eye like I did something wrong, it was trippy.

And then I noticed all of them leave in a hurry with their sirens back on, and they're all gone. This all happened in less than five minutes. I noticed the PepBoys manager and a small crowd came out of the store and the manager noticed the puzzled look on my face. He explained it was a sting operation, they busted a small ring of stolen cars or something along those lines.

I pull out to leave and notice the intersection to the South of the picture was at a standstill. Remember how I said they all left in a hurry? Turns out another suspect escaped and they apprehended them at that intersection. I got lucky and I was next to a Denny's driveway, so I pulled in and watched the action unfold.

At least six cop cars, and two what appeared to be SWAT vans blocked the intersection for a good 20 minutes. I was just sitting in my car watching it all unfold. It was like I was watching a movie unfold in front of me.

And that was one of the most bizarre experiences of my life.

 

I guess technically yeah it might be safe but sure looks/seems sketchy
