Wish has some interesting things. I’ve purchased some spyderco notch off knifes on their that looks 98% like a real one. They have some car parts, specialty tools super cheap also, they even have some stuff for the bedroom if you know what I mean.

Yea I don’t know about that eBay one. It doesn’t show the letters. I followed your lead just now and canceled my wish one and ordered the one from Amazon. Roughly the same price and I trust amazon over wish.

 

I’ve heard of people being ok running without it. For $23 off eBay I’ll probably just order it for piece of mind. What’s your thoughts?

From what i understand the 23 dollar one is just a cover insert and not the glass one

 

I also canceded my wish order...I am not sure it had a knockout for the tss

 

When I wired up my lights I wanted them to be on regardless of daylight running or normal headlights. So when the truck powers on, so do the lights. Used a fuse tap to power outlet 2 in the cab of the truck. No splicing, modifications to the main fuse box in the engine. Simple and clean.

 

I had issued with the TSS for about a week, and then they went away and haven't had an issue since, been about two weeks without issues, I did have the OEM block off plate though, and the quality is not bad for how cheap it is, I honestly expected it not to fit at all but decided to take a chance.

 

Why are people so rude on this site I don't care if there is another forum already on the post. Anyway, yeah I bought the 72 dollar ebay grill, and I also bought the clear protector for the sensor well I cant get the clear protector to fit in the sensor spot to save my life. Doesn't match up. Anyone else have this issue?

 

I bought a cheap one off of ebay. I needed to get longer screws the ones that came with it did not fit/hold the grill well to the truck. It needs probably a teeny paint touch up and some smoothing but its fine for what it is.

I recently bought this one as well but have yet to install it. Have any tips or tricks to share? Did you use the garnish?

 

$78 on eBay. First one showed up all busted to hell. They shipped me a new one and it installed easily!!

 

Is the OEM garnish glass? I thought it was plastic.

 

My truck is a 2017 so there is no sensor to worry about. I have no tips unfortunately, I had a coworker install it for me. It was a slow day at the dealership, lol. Not Toyota btw
