Could be as simple as using recirculate vs fresh air setting? I've never experienced this issue and I live in Oregon where we get a fair of moisture every winter. When windows start to fog up, I turn on the AC.

What is that recirculation button? What does it do and when do you use it?

I’ll use @ICU1 photo...it’s a button that looks like this. It usually comes on automatically when you choose “max ac” and it recirculates the cabin air instead of bringing in outside air. If it’s humid inside the truck and this setting is chosen, it will usually get even worse. Sometimes folks use it when city driving to reduce interior pollution, outside smells, etc. entering the cab.

I always use it strategically if I just have the vent fan on whenever a frigging diesel truck gets in front of me- I can’t stand diesel farts! Also good to use when offroad in a dusty place. Or also (don’t) use it to get inside smells to exit the cab, too! :D
