Well after the axial announcement last week I figured I would take a trip to Walmart and see if they still had the Polaris body....I lucked out....IMG_20190225_143519.jpgNow to send the servo to hitec and figure out the best way to mount this body......

Also with the Zia scale Nationals approaching, I decided to fully assembled the parts I've been collecting.....IMG_20190218_145453.jpg
I need to learn to drive it now .... Hard bodies are different than lexan when weight transfers. Also the chassis is a bit different and the shocks need a bit of tuning to get it responding as I expect....also I need to get some time behind the wheel.....

That looks like a lot of fun. I'll need to get going on some mods on my Temper. A body at the minimum, right now it looks like a VW bug on 44s

I pre ordered a proline metric body. Need to order some knight customs goodies for it. At least the light buckets and grill. Maybe make some bumpers. Finally a 2nd gen body!!:D

I commented on the Instagram post saying it's cool.. and I'll get one.. but the engine model is way off.. haha. Knight customs needs to revisit that. Not even close.

I can't do it. I like the 3d printed parts I have but not interested in it at the prices they want. I'd rather have a fully printed body or hard body at 600 fully outfitted I could be well on my way to a vs410

Yeah i don’t understand the V8 engine bay..? And $124 for a 3d print rear bumper is ridiculous.

lol. they replied back saying, "you dont like LS swaps?"

which I would be fine with.. if it was an LS. lol Looks like a 12v/24v Cummins.

and yeah the prices for some of these 3D printed parts are ridiculous. really makes me want to get back into 3D printing...

I'll probably pick up the body as my Tamiya Bruiser Hilux hardbody is about toast.. then make my own accessories and armor like I did on the Hilux.

I think you're right actually. I just saw the valve cover and intake location and it looked like a Cummins to me. but.. it really does look like a 1uz!
