You’ll have to do some modification to run the LED strips in your truck as you don’t have the plug for the LED board.

See now Im really confused.. Some lights I have seen has sequential turn signals and say it will only work with SR and SR5 and are plug n play but will not work on the Pro's

Probably because they are manufactured to work with the SR and SR5’s wiring. The SR and SR5 don’t have the LED board as you’re probably aware, so they don’t have the plug for it.

Also I don't think there is a DRL position on the turn signal stalk. Power is probably daisy chained over to the DRL's so they are only on with the headlights

Your turn signals are your DRL’s. The TRD and above trims have to have some extra wiring and what not that activates the LED board.

You do? I saw a thread on here that showed a guy adding a stalk with DRL to make it all work. Not sure if it was SR or SR5

Ok yea it's for the low beam projectors & not the LED boards. It's just like my wife's Rav4 that I never drive so I kinda forgot.

Gotcha I'm on the same page now.

So the parking light setting & the DRL setting are the same? Not sure why Toyota did that when other models just used low beam projectors. Also in my state it's technically "against the law" to drive around with parking lights on.
